2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lobiloo at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

We will make every available effort to keep Stripe.com services operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There will be periods of downtime for maintenance and upgrades, and sometimes, for reasons that we did not plan. We will attempt to provide at least 24 hours of notice for scheduled maintenance or downtime, but some downtime may be unscheduled and beyond our control.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE AS TO UPTIME OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment is made by credit card and a valid credit card is required for all paying accounts. You will be billed for your first month immediately upon upgrading. The Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis and the periodic fee is non-refundable.

6. Refunds

As it is deemed that the Subscriber has the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the Service during the free trial period, subsequently purchased subscriptions are not refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service remaining on termination.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Lobiloo's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lobiloo does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Lobiloo may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Lobiloo does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

8. Links

Lobiloo has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Lobiloo of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
